Drugging our kids again
The new study out about Tamaflu meds, is saying that anew label needs to be made warning about the mental effects on kids. Appears to be causing deaths due the chemical reactions in the brain. These reactions make the kids almost suicidal. There have been 25 deaths attributed to strange behavior while on this medication. Statin drugs for kids {*cor)
The American Pediatric Society is now trying to drug kids age 8 and up with liver killing medications. The thought is that this will reduce the obesity problem of kids and adults in the future. The current studies have shown that theses drugs have very little effect on the cholesterol levels in any human. There are several studies that show the cholesterol level is not the culprit in heart disease. The real culprit is triglyceride and cholesterol ratios. The idea of forcing the developing systems of our kids to reduce the amount of cholesterol in there systems is just plain wrong. Without cholesterol the nerve, muscle and joint development are interfered with dramaticly. If we want our kids to be in a healthy weight situation and avoid heart disease in the future, then we as parents need to take away the computer games and get these kids out playing ball or some other exercise. Using the computer and TV for babysitters is causing our kids to become very unhealthy. DO NOT let this new drugging of our kids get a hold of you.

Mercks get rich quick scheme
Well now the results are beginning to show how bad the vaccine
Gardasil is for all the young ladies out there. There is a YouTube
video out now that tells the life threatening side affects of this
deadly vaccine. Go to YouTube and type in Gardasil to see what has
happened to this 14 year old girl. There are now over 2200 reports
of moderate to severe reactions to this vaccine. The latest ploy by
Merck is now to give it to boys ( for fever blisters). Last time I
checked we boys have no cervix. Please show everyone you know what
this run on our young people is creating.

What are the Oil compnies hiding
The big oil companies are testifying in congress, that they are not making real profits. They want us to believe that they have "future" expenses to cover with this new windfall of 100 BILLION dollars. They also want to keep the tax credits of 18 BILLION as well as have access to protected areas to explore for more oil.
Maybe we are not asking the right questions. Like how come there have been no new refineries built in the last 20 years? Why are the current refineries only working at less than 99%? Why do they only produce certain types of fuel on certain days of the week? Why are supplies increasing and not being utilized?
Just once would I like to see our congressmen and senators thinking like you and me, instead of like a politician that is trying to protect his job.

No child left behind - hidden agenda

What's the real agenda behind the No Child Left Behind Act?
NCLB may be one of the greatest travesties ever foisted on an unsuspecting populace. Not because its goals are unrealistic, its mandate is unfunded, it favors federal control, or that it is based on punishment. The great insult of NCLB is its unspoken goal of ensuring competence in reading, math, and science to the exclusion of all the other subjects which provide the tools needed to foster citizenship in a democracy.
Competence in reading, math, and science sounds like a worthy goal. But when the job security of teachers and administrators is threatened by standardized test results, it becomes a certainty that all the efforts of the school community will be geared toward enabling the passing of the tests at all cost, with little regard for anything else. One result of this pressure on school staff is that instead of attending their accelerated classes, high achieving students are now frequently used as 'peer tutors' to help lower-achieving students.
The message of NCLB is that reading, math, and science proficiency, to the exclusion of everything else, is what is needed for the job market in the 21st century. These are the skills required to find a place in the corporate world. The corporate machine does not require knowledge of history, economics, geography, philosophy, literature, communications or the arts. Knowledge of these subjects doesn't contribute to the bottom line and tends to create people with the propensity to question authority, something such regimented entities as corporations, governments, and militaries don't want or tolerate.
Being able to write or speak and thus being able to comment on the state of affairs are considered undesirable attributes of masses of people who must be controlled, manipulated and exploited. Proficiency only in reading, math, and science stamps out uniqueness among individuals and replaces it with standardization. It is from uniqueness that the individual gains value. Strip him of his uniqueness, and he becomes no more than a commodity to be valued accordingly. With the loss of uniqueness goes the loss of independence and the ability to advocate for one's self.
NCLB halts the rise of the individual in its tracks. Thinking, questioning, and creating are now out. NCLB returns us to the time of minimal education for the masses which stressed the ability to work and obey orders. This method of producing people for the new world order returns us to a time when almost no child got ahead, therefore no child was left behind.
